Anybody else not losing weight?
So I’m 5’2” and 146lbs. My son is almost two and I’ve finally decided I wanted to start getting in shape again. I always stay under the calorie limit, exercise daily, I own a Fitbit so I always make it a goal to do at least 10,000 steps a day, and never binge eat at night anymore. Its been a month and I haven’t lost any weight yet! I know it doesn’t come off right away but it’s super discouraging, especially with summer coming up. Anyone else?
