My daughter is 6 weeks old and we try and have a night time routine. We wipe her down put her in her PJs feed her a nice bottle and we set up our room with a night light a white noise machine and do the same routine every night. Usually once we put her down she will sleep between 4-6 hours straight then wake to feed and sleep another 2 then wake an eat then the only way she will sleep is if she is on my chest. My question is do any of you sleep with baby on your chest. I try not to fall asleep but it's so hard. I get another 2 hours out of her if she sleeps there. I know it's not ideal but it works. What do you mamas think is it okay?
