Hello all. I know this is probably a question for my doctor but the clinic is already closed for the night and I need to start my progesterone tonight. At my appointment my doctor said to insert the meds before bed to avoid mess/to reduce some side effects. I just picked up the prescription and it says to insert one pill twice a day(100mg each). Should I just double up at night?

I’ll double check with them in the morning but was just hoping to get some insights tonight.
