PREGNANT ON NEXPLANON ???

So I’m almost 5 month post partum I got the nexplanon installed on March 25 2019 and today is April 25 2019 I haven’t got my period , I do know it does messes with your period I had it before and it did it to me but it was after 1 year not as soon as I got it , did anyone else miss their first period On nexplanon? I did take a the first response pregnancy test few days before my missed period came out negative just weird to me

I had it out in after my baby was born in June. I got it in July. I haven’t had a period yet. And my baby is 10 months. I had it before, after my first. And I didn’t have a period the whole 3 years I had it.
