Traumatized about giving birth

I’m so scared about giving birth again after my son... nothing to do with the labor or pushing or contractions. But all to do with my hemorrhoids and the first poop after birth! I’m 20 weeks now and I’m so constipated and my hemorrhoids have gotten so bad since I’ve been pregnant. I had to use an enema a week after I gave birth bc my shit was so backed up and built up and it was the most painful poop of my life, I thought I was going to pass out. It was like shitting shards of glass. I’m always so terrified to go poop because of the pain!!! 😭😭😭
