Ladies.. today I went to the fertility specialist and had a transvaginal ultrasound.. they said the left ovary and fallopian tube look great, we even saw a ruptured follicle, meaning I just ovulated!!😃👍 But.... the right fallopian tube had a black mass in it, meaning possible fluid all in it..my concern is that I'm never going to get pregnant! 🤔😥

She said it would be hard for sperm to swim in that fluid IF that ovary is the one releasing egg that month! Do they take turns every month releasing egg?? I forgot to ask her that,
