Skin cancer?

This just popped up out of no where!! I use tanning beds so it's kinda concerning and skin cancer runs in my family, so I'm definitely going to stop using tanning beds because of this scare but, thoughts? It looks more red in person.

If skin cancer runs in your family, id get this checked out
I (very frequently) develop new moles that look pretty normal to me that my dermatologist always removes anyways because of my history that often come back as stage 2 precancerous 
If you have a history of skin cancer, you're on a different risk level than the average person, and therefore need to be THAT much more careful including yearly dermatologist check ups and NO suntanning, skipping sunscreen, extended periods of time outside, ect

I don't think tanning is a good thing at all but...I get spots like that frequently and I've never tanned a day in my life. My doctor said it's just under the skin bruising. Like when I get my blood pressure taken for instance when they remove the blood pressure cup my arm is covered in spots just like that from it squeezing my arm.
