Does oatmeal really increase your milk supply?

I eat oatmeal, half old fashioned oats and half steel cut oats every morning. I also put flax seeds and chia seeds in  for even more of a boost. I noticed an increase after I added the seeds.

I think what makes the difference is when I consistently eat it that I then see the increase. A bowl or two isn’t necessarily gonna give this remarkable boost within hours or a day. 
I second the flax seeds! If I need a break from oatmeal in the morning, I sprinkle the flax seeds on my peanut butter toast. I also discovered oatmeal bread which has been an exciting addition!

I notice an increase when I eat nature valley oats n honey granola bars. I eat 2 a day at least.🤷‍♀️
