Left a bruise on me ...

Recently moved in with my boyfriend we been even ttc and all but i’m slowly pulling away. We got in a fight and he went to cover my mouth because i kept talking over him and he did it hard to the point it’s a bruise now. I showed him this morning. I do everything for him. I wake up 6:30 AM just to take him to work plus that’s really inconvenient for me because i work and can’t sleep in a bit. So this is his reaction. I know everyone will say leave but we just signed a lease together so i dont know what to do
