I can't figure out how people snap it behind their backs. I always snap it in front and twist, doing it behind my back takes too long and pulling it over my head ruins the bra.

I find it too hard to twist it after snapping in the front as I have bigger breasts but I have mastered doing it up in the bavk or if all else prevails there's always the hubby to help (mind you he's an ads who flicks the bloody bra strap after doing it up every single time)

I clip it in the back, my boobs are far too big for me to be able to do it in the front and twist it

If I do it in the front my HH-J boobs get in the way when I'm twisting it around, most of my bras have underwire so they stab and dig in while twisting. Plus it's harder to get the straps on the shoulders and boobs comfortable in the cups by twisting. By clipping at the back the front is all seated just right before clipping. Twisting takes longer too and just seems to make more work and be more effort.

I do it in in the front and twist because my boobs are too big and heavy to even scratch my back good let alone put on a damn bra. More power to you though!

Sports bras for life. No clip to clasp lol. But if I am wearing that kind of bra, I usually just clip it and then pull it over my head. Ruins the bras lifespan but whatever

Really? How come? They’re too tight or something? I like sports bras but I get the kind with the padding and that pisses me off because every time I wash them, the padding comes out or gets all jumbled and lumpy 🙄

I put my bra on one boob at a time like everyone else - Tina BelcherI do the twist thing. When I learned you should actually clip it in the back it took me 5 mins and a cramp to do. Also I wear a triple D now and it’s just not physically possible. But I will say doing the twist thing stretches them out faster 😒
