Just here at the box, and seeing all the fit ladies and guys doing deadlifts and thrusters. I’m the only one with two 20lb kettlebells, the only one with no weight on my bar, and the only one using a bench for burpees. I literally wanted to cry and run out of the room.

Then, I realized: no one else here is making a FREAKING BABY and will go through the WORST WOD OF HER LIFE in about six months.

Take that, world. Just do what feels best for baby and your body during pregnancy.
