Anyone have a miscarriage from trisomy 16 and have a successful pregnancy after?

I just found out when I lost my twins almost 2 months ago that they had an extra 16 chromosome. I had a miscarriage very early the last time but didn't get it tested. Without having to use IVF I was wondering about successful pregnancies. I'm only 31. I wish I could know what to do to help not have bad luck and have a baby with my DH.
