So I’m 43 and really want one more kid I have two boys one is 13 and one is 2 years old. So I had two miscarriage before my 2 year old son and now I just had a miscarriage two weeks ago and I was further along 11 weeks it was very hard for me !!!

My question is my doctor said no sex and no working out for 4 more weeks that will be 6 weeks after my dnc

Also he said to wait two periods to try getting pregnant again

I’m not a patient person but I want to do what’s best for my body but I’m curious what other doctors have told people ? Seems like doctors tell people different things
