When is the best time to have sex to try to get pregnant? I have a son who will be 4 in a few months. Fiance has a soon to be 9 yr old daughter and he really want to try to have our first baby together we've been together & trying for a lil over a yr now...m any suggestions?? I've been taking Lydia pinkham its a herbal supplement for menopause, menstrual period and helps to get pregnant. I've used it when I got pregnant with my son and then I used it again last yr got pregnant again but lost baby.. That was with my ex boyfriend.
