How was your first unmedicated cycle?

Last cycle I was having pain & pressure from 11 dpo- 19 dpo. Yes. 19 dpo.

Period took forever to come. And now it’s wonky. Started spotting a few days. Then was super heavy, then stopped. I thought, well. A 2 day period. That was weird. Now it’s started back again! Seems never ending.

I’m not being monitored. I ov on my own & confirmed it w opks & bbt.

Worried I will never ov if my cycle never ends!

Also I never had any PMS this past cycle. Af started without one clue it was coming. Now, a week in to af, I’m having God awful PMS!!

Breaking out, moody. And I’m feeling oily. I usually know when af is coming bc my skin is always very dry & I get where I feel oily even after i wash my face kinda feeling.

How did your body react to being off meds? I only did 2 cycles!
