can i pump just once a day
I'm exclusively breastfeeding and a sahm so I technically don't need to pump. I was just thinking that maybe I should pump once a day to get a freezer stash just in case something happened or my milk randomly dries up or something. nobody ever explained to me how to start pumping or what to do. so do you think it would be a good idea ? or pointless? and is pumping once a day even possible? would I have to keep pumping ?
