Period help

I usually have a pretty normal cycle. But this last period was weird. I bled for one day and then just spotted pink for the next three days. Then nothing. It was a really weird color. So light pink almost colorless. I am not on birth control. My husband and I are ttc. I have made an appoint for next week. But just curious as of to if anyone has had this happen? Go from normal periods to something similar to this? Last month I had two periods. This is all out the ordinary.
