Letrozole 2.5MG Round 2

I need some positive Vibes! I had a chemical miscarriage Oct 2018. Since then I haven’t able to get pregnant. I did hormone testing in February and they said my progesterone level was low and I didn’t ovulate for February. I did my 1st round of Letrozole Cycle day 3-7, March 27-31st and that obviously failed. I start my second round tomorrow. I just want to know if anyone has success stories on the second round? I’m trying to be positive but it’s really hard.
