Lemsip question ! Please advise

So tonight I drank a lempsip as I have a horrendous headache and we’re in a cottage in the middle of nowhere on holiday and it’s all my sister in law had with paracetamol in it , I’m 3 days away from my period so my question is have a ruined a chance of a potential pregnancy or caused harm if I was already pregnant ! Xx
