What are your opinions on Home Owner Associations?
A homeowner association is a private association often formed by a real estate developer for the purpose of marketing, managing, and selling homes and lots in a residential subdivision.
My husband and I are looking at a home. And it's in a HOA which means there are rules regulations and restrictions on what can be done with and to the home and landscape.
Would you buy a property knowing you had restrictions and rules to live on that property?
