OPK Testing
AF finished up last night and I'm going to be using OPKs for the first time this cycle. Glow shows my fertile window starting on October 1st, but Ovia shows it ending September 30th. When should I start using OPKs? Do you usually start testing the day after AF ends? Twice a day?
