Anyone have advice for supplementing? I’m not producing enough for him and he’s started getting so upset after 30 minutes of feeding and unlatching himself because there’s nothing left. He’s just over 2 weeks old. I was doing great but the last couple of days have been like this and I can’t stand to see/hear him so upset bc I can’t feed him enough. I have a little saved in the freezer with 2-3 oz in it.

Should I give him formula when he’s done BFing? I know he’s still cluster feeding but my nipples cannot take 30 minutes of feeding every 30 minutes because he’s still hungry. This is my first time and I just don’t know what the best way to go about making sure he is fed enough would be.

I haven’t pumped since my supply started to come in, and that was just for relief.

I’ve used the haaka to build a small supply in the freezer. I use it in the one he’s not feeding on.
