Toning?
Hi ladies! So I’ve been battling with my weight for what feels like forever and a day. I thought for the longest time that if I could just lose 10-20lbs I’d be happier with myself. However, I’ve discovered that it’s not the number I see on the scale that makes me upset - it’s what I see in the mirror. I don’t see myself as big or fat, I just see myself as “flabby”. It’s mainly my stomach and arms.
But what are some exercises to tone up my stomach and arms? I know weights are good for the arms, but what about the stomach? I could really use some ideas! Thank you!
