I think it's veerrryyyy poor taste.  But I think it's so over the top that people won't give it much weight.  Shitty thing to do....portray a working mom as too disorganized or distracted to do a quality job.  But on the other hand, I think these dudes did themselves a huge disservice and I'm happy with that!! 😌

It's not sexist, as it could just as easily be a dad standing there. It does bash parents who work though. Regardless, I'm still going to look into every little review of you before I hire you to do anything. Just my opinion.

Also, nothing makes you look less human to me than a suit or tuxedo. Male or female. Also just my opinion.

I work in real estate and it's a full time job. You have to be a full time parent and a full time agent at the same time.

It's both.  I mean there are women who can have full time jobs and be full time parents. Which I applaud. But then there are some who are unprofessional like the one in the picture.  The men were just trying to make themselves look good but it was just bad marketing and now they have cost themselves clients for their stupidity.  Which is good. Who wants a stupid realtor.

I would say it is just trying to say to mums that they are happy to give jobs to women with kids and that the job can fit around your family life, but I can see how some may find it sexist. In reality it's usually, but not always, women who want to stay at home with the kids and men who want to work. Saying that my Dad worked and looked after me and my brother after my mum left, he wanted to keep us and my mum was happy with that.
