Spotting?!

I'm almost 7 weeks just went to the bathroom at work and there was the smallest bit of pink. Haven't had any since but I'm scared. Is this normal

From the research I’ve done I understand this is normal, but everything I read also said that if you’re worried you should call your doctor.
