So today was the first day we did not supplement baby with formula. I have breastfed on demand all day long. However, my baby hasn’t had a poo diaper since yesterday 10am. I did call the dr and she said it could be the transition to only breast milk. I’m still worried though. Has anyone else experienced this?! She is passing gas frequently I can smell it. She has had plenty of wet diapers as well.
