Prenatal vitamin nauseating?

Okay so of course now that I found it I’m pregnant I need to start taking prenatal vitamins (it’s only been almost a week and half since I known) but I got some that were recommended but they make me super nauseous and I throw up right after ! I don’t have any symptoms besides frequent urination until I take the vitamin , anything to help or a brand that doesn’t smell like fish oil ?

I’m 11 weeks and my doctor told me not to take them until my nausea calms Dow he said that they can often make you more sick

Gummies. 
I have tried every brand you can buy at the store. they're all disgusting. some worse than others. 🤢
I used gummies the entire pregnancy, and my doctor was fine with it.

I quit taking mine because they made me sick but I heard the gummie ones help some people.

Try taking them in the evening with your meal, that helped me a lot more than any other time of the day.

My OB, and the NICU(im in preterm) said to take 2 of the kids flintstone gummies and its just as effective as a prenatal. And they taste WAY better. Lol.

Found I had the same problem. Would throw them up almost immediately everytime. Switched to a gummy, which is supposed to be a lot easier on your stomach, and haven't had that issue since. Hope you feel better!

I like the gummy versions. This time I’m using Olly brand and I can tolerate them well. Hope that helps. 💕
