Liletta?

Question

I am interested in getting the liletta IUD- I’m wondering how bad the insertion hurts? I have a tilted uterus (uterus that tilts to the back) so I’m afraid that might make it more painful 😣 also if you have had this or the mirena, what were your side effects and did the ever subside?

It hurt like you wouldn't believe...and I've had two kids (both c sections). When I tell you I thought I was gonna run out of that room...I probably would have but I really don't wanna have kids again, so I stayed put. Pain scale was a 7 out of 10 for me...way worse than cramps....after ward, I cramped for a day with some lower back pain and spotting.

I have liletta. Insertion wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's like minor contractions (I've had a kid) and your lower back feels weird for a minute. Follow the doctors orders and you'll be fine. On a scale of 1-10 I would put the pain at a 2 or 3 and it lasts only a second

I just got the Liletta inserted on Monday, I’ve never had a kid and I felt like the pain was one long cramp. Probably like a 6/10 pain for me personally. I cramped after and am still cramping. Spotting a little but no major bleeding! It’s been an okay experience so far :)
