Do you still take hpts?

If you do do you find that it eases your worry? I keep doing them every few days but not sure if its even telling me anything. Im 6+5 would the line get light quickly this far on if something had happened? Xx

I believe there is something called the hook effect & the line will get lighter even though nothing is wrong.  Google it. I haven't done much research. I stopped testing at 5 w.

I've read the darkness of the line doesn't actually indicate a stronger pregnancy. At some point hcg stops increasing so much and decrease, so I'd say doing tests is likely to cause more worry than anything else.

​Although in saying that, I've never seen a pos hpt because we went straight for a blood test to get our BFP. This is just what I've read.
