Ovulation after a miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on March 30th of this year. Once I stopped bleeding my boyfriend and I decided that we would try to conceive right away. I feel like I have so many pregnancy symptoms(sore\tingling breast, lower back pain, super emotional, food craving) but when I take a pregnancy test it’s all negative. My HCG level was is at a 0 when I tested it on April 25. However, the question I have now is how do I know when I ovulate being that we had sex before I start my cycle again? And also I’m I testing too early? Please help me I’m so confused with what’s going on. I would like to hear your story if it’s similar to mines.
