So yesterday was CD21, and I've started getting this ache in my lower right pelvic area, that kinda wraps around my side and onto my back... I'd really appreciate some advice from you ladies, first thoughts were appendix, however I've done the 'spring back test' and it only hurt when pushing down, not on release.

A bit scared, could it be implantation? Ectopic? Kidneys??? I've no idea what these pains would feel like, so anyone who has please tell me if I should be worried by this pain that is worse today than it was yesterday.... Xxx
