I wouldn’t give them flavored yogurt because it has tons of sugar. If you want to mix some purée fruit into plain yogurt, that could be a good way to flavor it.

Yup. I gave her Yoplait on the doctor's recommendation. He said that it didnt matter if it was flavored as she wasn't going to eat very much anyways.
