So I am 17, 5ā2 and I am 12 st 9lbs!! I am very over weight and I do want to loose weight but I have a tendency to give up and let things slip and then just go back to normal! I tend to eat when Iām bored and juts as itās there! I am juts not motivated and donāt seem to have the ability to be motivated to change! When I do it doesnāt last very long at all as there is more temptation for me to eat unhealthy and Lots! I used to be extremely skinny a few years ago and I want to be 8/9 stone instead of what I currently am! I need everyoneās tips, tricks and advice! Iāve tried apps but I forget to update them as I have a very busy lifestyle and very stressful too. Please help me....
