Does this look like a cold sore ? I just noticed it today

If you think it’s a cold sore you should get it checked by your pediatrician. Cold sores can be dangerous to babies. I personally would take him in to be safe.

My daughter gets those too but it looks like a pimple to me. A cold sore would have multiple around them maybe even some puss and hurt to touch. Ever since we started solids she’ll get it if I don’t wipe her down right after.
