Take her to doctor today. Not tomorrow. Im probably the only doctor here and i would never try to diagnose a newborn from such limited video. Newborns are very vulnerable and she needs to be seen if shes breathing abnormally

I had that same issue with my baby n the doctor told me due to the baby just being born n everything is still so little is why she is probably making that noise..but as another commenter said..anytime u feel that there's something wrong..especially with a newborn or baby just take them in.. better safe than sorry...nobody on here can diagnose ur baby..i tookmy baby in anytime.i had a question..didnt matter to me..so go ahead n make an app bc we literally cant help u in this situation
