Help and Advice

I think something is wrong with my vaginal area, I am just finishing my period and my vulva is really sensitive and it hurts to even touch and like even walking hurts and it feels dry or something. I thought it was the tampon, but now I don’t know. I am not sexually active. If anyone has had these symptoms as well and/or has any advice, please let me know.
