What's people's opinions on to see an ob dr before pregnancy ?

I went for a preconception exam with my OB when we decided to start trying. She have me good information and advice that prepared me for the journey :-) and at my annual exam she had suggested I start prenatal vitamins at least 3 months before we started TTC, which was also great advice! I recommend a preconception consultation, especially if you like having a lot of information ahead of time to help feel prepared :-)

I never saw the need to see an OB for anything routine. I've only been to one once because my baby was breech at the previous midwife appointment. We got to the OB and did a quick ultrasound and she had flipped.

I go to my regular dr for pap every 3 yrs
