Sleep sack advice?

Question

My baby prefers to sleep in the Carter's fleece sleep sacks with arms (see pic).  However,  they are a pain to change diapers in the middle of the night.   I would really love to find something similar that unzips from the bottom as well as the top. 
Does anybody know of anything like that?

I think Gerber have the ones that are open at the bottom. They look like night gowns for babies but I had them for both my sons and daughters worked wonders during those late night changes
