Is there anything like baby orajel that’s SAFE for teething baby’s?

My 7 month old is in a lot of pain. I give him Tylenol at night to help him sleep, but I don’t want to always be giving him Tylenol. I need something to help him throughout the day. I give him teethers through the day and distract him with playing, making him laughing, or tv (when it’s really bad). This all works great, except when it comes time to eat. It hurts him while I’m nursing him and he’s screaming and crying the whole time.

I was going to try BABY orajel but then I read on here that it’s no good? So is there anything like it that’s safe? My poor little man is suffering bad for the past 4 days.
