I just had a dream I killed two people in graphic detail

Am I crazy? In my dream it was self defense but it was still so crazy how graphic it was. I banged this girls head into a rock until she stopped breathing, then this guy and I were wrestling and I sliced his throat open with a kitchen knife. Also wondering what this dream could mean? 🤔 I’ve been really depressed lately so I don’t know
