What does this show?

I went to get my first ultrasound on Friday. According to the calculations of using the first day of your last period, I'm about 7 weeks (3/17/19) but as the Dr. was looking at the ultrasound, he said he didn't see anything resembling 7 weeks, which obviously made me nervous. Then I started thinking and I'm pretty sure our conception date was 3/28/19 which would make me about 4 weeks? Either way, he said he didn't see anything in there and now I'm panicking. However, the more I look at this picture, the more I see two white marks- could that mean identical twins? Does anyone else see this? I got blood drawn on Friday and I'm going again on Monday and we're going to see if I'm still pregnant based on comparing my hormone levels but id like to get some reassurance from anyone thats gone through something similar...

This is showing a gestational sac and yolk sac.  This is what all pregnancies look like around 5 weeks.

Sharing my story before have my baby girl I was pregnant literally 2 months before find out I was pregnant with her...and I was 7 weeks when doctors finally brought me in and my ultrasound looked liked a sac with no baby...however I see something in your sac it’s just small...praying that you get good news because I know how it feels...I’ve been through miscarriages the total of 5 before having a successful pregnancy...just stay positive

I wish I had taken a picture of mine. They did an ultrasound and according to calculations they said I was 8 weeks and 4 days. But they measured the gestational sack at 6 weeks and you couldn’t see a yolk. They told me not to worry and that my dates must be off. That It’s too early to see. I go back on the 10th and I’m hoping the little bean is there :( I’m already devastated looking at what seemed to be an empty sac. They told me sometimes you can’t see them until 6 1/2 weeks. However I’m still preparing myself for the worst

Sending prayers your way! I’m in the same boat right now and I go back Friday May 3rd for a second sonogram. Doctor saw TWO sacs but said one is definitely empty and the other seems to be a sac with just a yolk but based on my period I should be almost 8 weeks and Dr. said it doesn’t look good. I’m hoping she is wrong and my little nugget is in there developing.

I went in for an ultrasound around 5weeks and 3 days and that’s about what mine looked like. The baby had stopped growing just a few days prior and my hcg levels were already down to zero. I’m not trying to discourage you but sharing my experience. I pray yours isn’t the same!!!

This is my scan from 6+4 if it’s abdominal then it would probably be just the sack that you can see. (Like this one) Then has a vaginal (dont know the medical word) and got to see the baby that was just a dot with a flicker of a heart beat
