Finally for my birth story of
Mr. Wyatt Jackson Philyaw.
We delivered Wyatt Jackson Philyaw friday, April 26,2019 at 5:12pm 7lbs, 7oz, 20 inches long.
My water broke Thursday night at 8pm..i started having contractions at 1am...came to the hospital at 8am an was 9.5cm by 1pm an started pushing at 305...an had him at 5:12.
I usually am a BIG BABY of needles an everything but the epidural an IVs were nothing. I handled contractions well until i got to 6cm an then i received my epidural, i took a 30 min nap and then it was time to push. My nurses were AMAZING an so was my husband i could NOT have done this so easily without them!! Im so grateful an blessed.
However the ending was a little scary, our son had the cord wrapped around his neck 3 times!!😭 an he wasn't breathing at ALL when he was out!😭 but everyone worked quickly & efficiently and our sweet baby boy went from a 4 score to a 9! Also he has been in the nursery since delivery due to low sugar...he tested at a 21, then 17...so they have had him on an IV to help an finally around 6am they midlocked the IV an all he has to do is pass 3 glucose test with a 45 score or higher. An get circumcised, an we could be discharged today!
So overall it truly was a great easy experience, it could have been different, but God worked it out and i love my family so much!!!
I cant wait to spend everyday with my sweet baby boy!
