I would stick with infant sunscreen.

They can have chemical reactions to it, I wouldn’t. I just saw a post on Facebook of a little baby with horrible blisters and burns all over. Very sad :(

I would say no especially that young. They make a baby version for a reason. There’s a possibility of an adult sunscreen having an opposite effect and your baby could get bad burns. Same thing for babies under 6 months using baby sunscreen because they are only 6 months and up.
