Help! Could I be Pregnant

I had my period March 22-26 then it stopped and April 7-14 I had light pink bleeding not period heavy or anything I miscarried my son Feb 11 and I never had implantation bleeding, but im having cramping in my abdominal area, peeing more, and more hungry....could I be pregnant. I tested last week and it all came back negative but when I was pregnant with my son I didn't produce enough hormones to make the test positive so when I got my blood drawn I was 7 weeks pregnant. Should I wait or test again?
