The only thing scientifically proven to increase supply is to empty your breasts more often.

Oatmeal. They make this tea called mama's milk that has fenugreek in it that increases supply. Making sure your hydrated enough helps too. Also pumping isn't an accurate way to determine how much your supply is. When the baby feeds, they actually get milk out better than the breast pump. So you might be thinking you don't have enough milk when you really do.

Look up a recipe for lactating cookies and those usually work, they have oatmeal and other ingredients that help to increase milk production. Also dark stout beer really really increases the breast milk production.

Stay hydrated, eat oatmeal , if you have a pump after each nurse. Pump or get the baby to try suckle more.  The more you pump or get the baby to latch the more your body will produce.
