So my period is about 12 days late...I tested on the day of my period with clear blue digital and it came back negative...12 days later still no period and I’m just like I’m not buying expensive tests just for it to be negative AGAIN. So on my way home I stopped at the dollar store and picked up a few tests convinced that it will just be negative. I got home and took the test and the two lines immediately popped up!! I took a triple take and went to wake my boyfriend up...he was excited until he looked at the brand and saw that it was from the dollar store and said...that might not be accurate and told me to test again later tonight. I want to be excited but don’t want to get my hopes up if the test really isn’t accurate and he feels the same way. Do you guys believe that dollar store hpt’s are accurate?

Update!!! I took another test and.....

I think I can say it’s positive!!
