Am I pregnant?!

Hello ladies! Im hoping any of you can give me a clue as to what is happening with me! I've been having tugging and pulling and light cramps but I tested two days ago and it was negative. My nipples were sensitive but they aren't anymore. I had sex with my Husband unprotected four times so what are my chances??
