Can anyone help?

Hi ladies

The other day I had been getting cramps in stomach and in my back really pain full then I had some pinky blood on tissue when I went for a wee! It wasn't red it was pink only the once and since then nothing that was 3 days ago my period isn't for another week however I know I can't be pregnant as I am on the implant so can anyone tell me what this could be? Worth going doctors about? As my back aches keep coming and going aswell xx
