Any thoughts on what this could be?

my 1.5 year old has had a fever for over 24 hours. Started Saturday around 7 pm and it’s now Monday 1:40 am.

It go’s up and down up and down. Started at 102.8 then dropped to 101 maybe 100 since it’s started.

Last night about 9pm it dropped to 98.6 and I thought yay! We did it., it broke. But now it’s back to 102!!

Her breathing is heavy too.

I’ve been giving her Tylenol and Motrin (rotating)

But it’s been over 24 hours and it’s worrying me big time now.

She doesn’t want to eat either. Only drink water or a bottle but only hours in between each drink.

I’m going to take her in in the AM but they won’t do anything unless it’s been going for over 48 hours....
