Natural ways to induce labor?!

What are some natural ways that worked for you to induce labor? I'm already 2 cm and 50% effaced! I know baby will come when she is ready, but let's be honest the last few weeks are always miserable and you want the baby out ASAP!

Any type of exercise is really good. There’s the typical yoga ball, walking, sex. There’s also other alternatives like squats (which I find impossible to do😂) and a lot of pelvic exercises! I recently read a whole article about exercises to try to induce labor. I don’t remember off the top of my head but all I googled was “exercises to induce labor”

I tried just about everything raspberry leaf tea, bouncing on a ball, sex, walking, you name it I tried it and was still 9 days past my due date. Bouncing on the ball did relieve some pressure and the tea tasted delicious but nothing actually helped. Walking was also really nice  and got me lots of fresh air right before being stuck in a stuffy hospital for 4 days so I definitely reccomend that

Most things recommended to induce labor only work if you’re already about to be in labor

My ob said sex and bouncing on a ball lol only tried the bouncing. I feel like it helped, and if not it at least relieved some pressure I felt sitting on most surfaces.
